Three Options For Your Outdoor Wedding Reception
Main Tent The months of May through September, we have a white tent overlooking the ninth hole that seats a maximum of 150 people. The
rental fee is $800 for the tent, and includes tables, chairs, ivory linens and disposable china.
If you plan to have a head table or a dance floor, we recommend limiting the number of guests to 130.
The tent is decorated with lights around the top edge, and lights inside. You are responsible for all other decorations, including centerpieces and candles.

Auxiliary Tent For larger groups, we can provide a seperate tent on the driving range capable of hosting from 150 to 225 people.
The rental for the tent, tables, chairs linens and disposable china is $1,500. The tent would be erected the moring of the reception, and taken down the day after.
If you are looking to have a head table or a dance floor, we recommend limiting the number of guests to 50-60.
Thousand Oaks Golf Club is not responsible for providing decorations for this tent, however, we can put put them up for you.

Screened-In Porch For small wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, or bridal showers,
we have a screened-in porch at our clubhouse that seats up to 20 people. The rental fee
for the porch is $50.

Applicable to All Outdoor Receptions
• In the event of inclement weather, the tents have drop-down sides.
• We can recommend a DJ Service for your function.
• A township noise ordinance requires music must be turned down at 11:00 P.M. and turned off at midnight.
• The tents do not have restroom facilities, but they are available a short distance away in our clubhouse. The staff can drive older guests to and from the club house if necessary.
